Melissa Senn has been with IONOS since 2016 and joined the IONOS Digital Guide team in 2021. She focuses on website management, e-commerce, and social media.

As a digital strategist, her particular focus is on artificial intelligence (AI). She uses her expertise to translate complex technological trends into practical content for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

She began her career at IONOS in transactional SEO, where she was responsible for search engine optimization for the online tools and e-commerce product areas for over four years. Her focus was on technical analysis and increasing online visibility.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart.
