Learn how to gain access to the web server log files.

• Log in to your web space with your FTP program.
• Access the logs folder.
• The log files of the web server adhere to a specific naming scheme, similar to access.log.XX.gz. Use the FTP program to transfer them to your computer.
• If the log files are from the previous day or older, they are automatically packed in.gz format. To unpack the files, use a program like WinZip or WinRar.
