If your server is running, but cannot be accessed via SSH or Remote Desktop Connection, you can use the KVM console to log into your server. The KVM console allows remote maintenance of your system just as if you were sitting right in front of it. You can track the system messages like on a "real" screen and interact with the server at any time. For example, the server can be booted with other boot options or even with an alternate image in case of startup problems. This makes the KVM console ideal for advanced troubleshooting. To connect to your server via the KVM console, proceed as follows:
You are in the section Infrastructure > Servers.
Click the desired server in the list.
Click Access KVM Console.
The KVM console opens in a new tab.
Log in to the server.
