To create a backup of your server, you must set up a backup account and install the IONOS Backup Manager on the server to be backed up.
In the Backup Accounts section, all the backup accounts you have set up are listed in a table. This table lists the most important information for each backup account:
Name: Name of the backup account.
Status: Current status of the backup account.
Active: The backup account is active.
Inactive: The backup account is inactive.
Deleting: The backup account is being deleted.
Size used: Currently used storage space.
Source: Data sources of the backup. The following data sources can be secured with the IONOS Backup Manager:

To display all data for the desired backup account, click its name. The list includes the following additional data:
Password: Password of the backup account. This password is needed for the installation of the Backup Agent.
Agent version: Used version of the Backup Agent.
ID: ID of the backup account. IONOS needs the ID to manage the backup account.
Operating system: Operating system of the server to be backed up.
Server name: Name of the server to be backed up.
IP: IP address of the server to be backed up.
MAC address: MAC address of the server to be backed up.
To open the backup history, click Backup History in the upper section on the page. In the backup history, all created backups are listed in a table. This table lists the most important information for each backup:
Created on: Date and time of the backup.
Status: Status of the backup.
Errors: Number of errors occurred.
Edited files: Number of edited files.
Size: Backup size
