| Username | The full email address of your Microsoft Exchange account |
| Password | The password you assigned when you set up Microsoft Exchange |
| Incoming mail server | exchange.ionos.com |
| Connection Security/ Encryption (Incoming) | SSL/Password, normal |
| Port (Incoming) | 993 |
| Outgoing mail server | smtp.exchange.ionos.com |
| Connection security/Encryption (Outgoing) | STARTTLS or TLS/Password, normal |
| Port (Outgoing) | 587 |
POP3
| Username | The full email address of your Microsoft Exchange account |
