Reversing a cancellation request
Please use the “Print” function at the bottom of the page to create a PDF.
This article explains how you can reverse a cancellation. As long as the cancellation has not been executed, you can reverse cancellation requests online in your IONOS account.
Note
Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes after cancellation before you can reverse it.
Carry out cancellation
Log in to your IONOS account.
Click Menu > My account in the title bar. The My account page opens.
Click on the Contracts & subscriptions tile. The Contracts & subscriptions page opens.
Under the name of the contract or add-on item for which you wish to reverse the cancellation, click Reverse cancellation. Details of your cancellation request will be displayed.
To reverse your cancellation request, click on Reverse cancellation.
The system will now reverse the cancellation and send you a confirmation by email.
