Project management in IONOS Agency Partner Portal helps you to process customer orders in a structured manner. In particular, task management and the associated option to set deadlines to help support your workflow. This article provides information on how to utilize these options.

Note

  • Content management systems used in the customer project, such as Wordpress, are automatically recognized and receive a link for direct access. Manual changes to the link are possible at any time.

  • The performance and security of the project website can be checked from within the project using the website checker.

Create and edit a web project

To create a web project in your IONOS Agency Partner Portal:

  • Log in to the IONOS Agency Partner Portal with your access data.

  • Click on Projects > Web projects in the navigation bar on the left.

  • Click on the Add project button or select one of the existing projects.

  • Complete or edit the project data.

Delete a web project

To delete a web project:

  • Log in to the IONOS Agency Partner Portal with your access data.

  • Click on Projects > Web projects in the navigation bar on the left.

  • Select one of the existing projects.

  • Click on Delete project at the end of the project overview.

  • Confirm the confirmation prompt to permanently delete the project.

Create and edit tasks for a web project

To add a task to a web project:

  • Log in to the IONOS Agency Partner Portal with your access data.

  • Click on Projects > Web projects in the navigation bar on the left.

  • Click on the Add project button or select one of the existing projects.

  • Click on the light grey text Enter a new task here under Tasks.

  • Enter the task text and finish your entry with Add or press the Enter key.

  • Click on the Calendar icon to add a due date to your task.

To delete a task permanently, click on the trash can icon.

Caution

Tasks are deleted without further enquiry and cannot be restored.
