In addition to data encryption using the HiDrive function, you can also use the Boxcryptor software to encrypt the contents of HiDrive folders. Since Boxcryptor uses character lengths greater than 255, this can lead to errors during synchronization. This article shows you how to avoid this.
Please Note
For files in HiDrive, only assign file names with less than 70 characters. This will prevent errors from occurring.
