Activating and Improving Your Partner Level

The Partner Level is a quality indicator for your participation in the IONOS Agency Partner Program. By collecting points for the Partner Level, you can unlock exclusive benefits and show potential customers your professionalism and sustainability. This article explains how to activate and manage your Partner Level.
Activating the Partner Level
If you have not yet registered for the IONOS Agency Partner Program, you can do so here for free. After signing up, you will need to complete a short verification process by IONOS.
When logging in to the IONOS Agency Partner Program for the first time, click on the Start check button in the last step of the introduction wizard.
If you already have a partner profile, simply log in to the IONOS Agency Partner Portal and select the menu item Partner Level. In the upper part of the detail view, click on the Start check here link.
Please note that the verification process may take up to three business days. The confirmation will be displayed on the overview page of your partner account, and you will also be notified by email.
Please Note
If you are already qualified for the Partner Level, the menu item Partner Level will be labeled according to your current status: Official Partner, Select Partner, or Premium Partner.
Improving Your Partner Level
Your Partner Level is increased by collecting points. You receive points for sales from your own contracts and the contracts of your customers. Please note that customers must be connected in the menu item Customers in your IONOS Agency Partner Portal, and Full or Partial Access must be set up for each customer. When activating your Partner Level, contracts and connected customers activated up to this point are automatically taken into account.
