Within the Account page in your store, your customers have an easy way to create a new account or log in. This Help Center article explains the process.
Simplifying the login process
Your store's login page can be accessed in two ways:
- Click the My account link at the bottom of every store page
- Add /shop/account to your website URL. The full address would look like this (replace www.example.com with your website address): https://www.example.com/shop/account
On the Account page, customers can enter an email address to log in to an existing account. If no account exists, a new account is created. After the entered email address has been verified (CAPTCHA), a one-time password (OTP) is sent to that address, which your customer can use to log in via their web browser. Alternatively, they can click the link in the email.
Note
The one-time password and link in the email are only valid for 15 minutes.
