Creating a Role
For Cloud Servers and Dedicated Servers managed in the Cloud Panel
Create a new role as follows:
- Log in to your IONOS account.
Click Menu > Server & Cloud in the title bar.
Optional: Select the desired Server & Cloud contract.The Cloud Panel opens.
Click Management > Roles in the navigation bar on the left.
Click Create.
Enter the desired name.
Click Create.
The role will be created.
Note
Only permissions allowing read access to all areas of the Cloud Panel are assigned to the new role. To assign additional permissions to the role, click Permissions after creating the role and activate the desired permissions.
