Overview: Public IP

This table lists the most important information for each IP address:

• IP: IP address

• Status: the current status of the IP address.

• Reverse DNS: domain or subdomain that was assigned as the host name.

• Assigned to: name of the server or load balancer the IP address was assigned.

• Data Center: Data center where the IP address can be used.

To customize the reverse mapping for your server's IP address, click on the IP address. Then, click on the pencil icon next to the Reverse DNS setting. You can then enter the desired DNS name.
