Jeanna Raffa works as a Spe­cial­ist Website Search Engine Op­ti­miza­tion at IONOS in Karlsruhe. Since March 2020, she has been working in the SEO field there, bringing extensive expertise in content marketing, SEO/GEO, project man­age­ment, and ad man­age­ment. In her current role, she spe­cial­izes in creating and op­ti­miz­ing high-quality content for email and office products as well as cloud solutions such as HiDrive and Nextcloud, making complex technical topics ac­ces­si­ble to target audiences.

Pre­vi­ous­ly, she spent over twelve years in affiliate marketing for 1&1 Telecom­mu­ni­ca­tion SE and IONOS, most recently as Senior Affiliate Program Manager. During this time, she was re­spon­si­ble for managing sales partners, with a focus on marketing com­mu­ni­ca­tions and portal man­age­ment.

She laid her foun­da­tion with vo­ca­tion­al training as an IT systems man­age­ment assistant at Datix IT GmbH & Co. KG and a certified business man­age­ment qual­i­fi­ca­tion from the Karlsruhe Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK).
