You only need to do that once and your products shop and design will automatically be updated.

Yes — you can easily integrate a store into your WordPress website with ConnectaStore. We’ve developed a WordPress plugin that you can download from your ConnectaStore dashboard. Then, you just need to upload that to your WordPress site.
