Step 1: Open the Instagram app and click on your profile icon at the bottom right.
Step 2: In your profile, click the “Edit Profile” button below the profile picture.
Step 3: Click on the name in the “Username” field.
Step 4: Delete your existing name and enter your new name. If a name is already taken or unavailable, a pop-up will appear and you will need to change the Instagram name again.
Step 5: Save your changes by clicking the blue checkmark in the top right corner.
