Numbering calendar weeks according to a 52-week year is normal within business contexts. With Outlook, it’s possible to display calendar weeks, however, the corresponding feature is deactivated by default. We’ll show you how to display calendar weeks in Outlook so that you have a better overview of the calendar year.

Note

Keep in mind that different numbering systems for calendar weeks are used internationally. Not every country designates the first week of the calendar year as the week in which January 1 falls, as is done in the U.S. In Outlook’s calendar settings, you can adjust the setting for the first week in the Work hours section.
